Ryan Andersen, Industrial Designer, “Idea Guy.”
I’m Ryan Andersen. In 2008 I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. MIAD’s talented community helped to elevate my abilities and creativity. After graduating I started pursing my own products, which lead me into the design consulting field.
When I’m not passionately working on Light Bulb projects I am a Product Designer/Developer at a motorcycle accessories company. Between projects you’ll find me pursuing various entrepreneurial endeavors. My design experience ranges from corporate to consultancy. I take pride in my consistent and well thought out design process. I truly enjoy this field and the close relationships I have built with clients and colleagues.
“Someday doesn’t exist.”
Jacob Richmond, Industrial Designer, “3D Ninja.”
I’m Jacob Richmond. After finishing my BFA in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, I spent my first year out of school doing freelance design work, eventually turning my passion and love for design into this company.
Design to me has always been a learning experience. When I’m not spending time on projects, I like to look for new and innovative means to add to my own abilities as well as exploring possible business ventures for Light Bulb. The creative people that exist within our network help drive us to become stronger individuals and designers. I’m always interested in the process of all things, not just design, and I am always interested in having any conversation that will help me learn more about who I am and what I can do to improve our lives.
“How can we make this a better place?”
