LB: What impressed you most about working with Light Bulb?
Doug: Timeliness, both on communication and delivery of finished projects. Every meeting that we had was productive. Meetings always started with a professional presentation of updates to the project and suggested directions of what we might do next.
LB: What was the most rewarding part of your product development experience?
Doug: To feel like I had control of the project from beginning to end. That I got to be very hands on, even though I have no background in design.
LB: How would you describe our professionalism (in our work or personally)?
Doug: Top notch. This became abundantly clear when I looked back through the documentation of our “process”. Seeing how quickly and efficiently we moved from crude idea to polished product is astonishing.
LB: Where is your project headed at this time?
Doug: We are in the final stages of manufacturing, but even without a physical product I have been able to advance my company through the product renderings and prototype.
